Our home-built chemical vapor deposition (CVD) reactor is now fully operational. This computer-controlled system has the capability of performing gas-phase reactions at pressures between 1×10-5 to 1×102 Torr and at temperatures between 25 °C and 1300 °C within 3 independently adjustable heating zones.
